310 Coaching for Character Development
One online session aimed at coaching a client toward Christ-like character development. Dig beneath the surface of any coaching situation with an orientation toward coaching for character. You’ll learn key strategies for assessing an individual’s current state of character, developing a plan for developing character, and using coaching tools to monitor character development while maintaining a coaching posture. This course is for anyone wanting to use coaching skills to disciple followers of Jesus. Virtual session is September 10, 2025.

311 Coaching Discipleship Pathways
People develop at different rates and under different stimuli. Coaches are committed to walking alongside a client so that they develop as quickly and as effectively as possible! You’ll learn how to work with a client so the client develops, but also so that the pathways that are most effective for that client become clear. This is the key to repeating your effectiveness as a coach. Learn to draw the details of developmental pathways out of your clients and to leverage that insight so that your clients achieve the maximum they can out of all of your coaching conversations! 312 Coaching for Calling
This session is aimed at coaching a client towards their calling. Mark Twain said “The two most important days in life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” The moment you find out why you’re on earth begins the process of coaching for calling. In this course, you’ll learn coaching strategies that equip you to walk a client toward clarity of calling. (Recorded Lecture followed by a virtual meeting with Dana Allin to discuss the content)

314 Coaching for Leadership Competency
One online sessions aimed at coaching for leadership competencies. Leaders face any number of difficult challenges in their work: community, market, or corporate conditions, people development, casting vision, and settling disagreements. Fortunately, all of these are skills in which competency can be developed, and coaching is a powerful environment to bring these skills to life. In this course, you’ll acquire the coaching skills to journey alongside a leader as he/she assesses their team’s capabilities, takes stock of the environment around their team, and lays out a route forward. You’ll also learn to help leaders identify steps in a plan and make progress toward accomplishing it! Virtual session is October 1, 2025.

315 Coaching with Assessment Tools
One online sessions aimed at coaching using assessment tools. There are many assessments available to people today. Some workplaces ask that employees take an assessment and some people choose to take them on their own. What insight can we gain from clients who take assessments? This course explores the benefits, and some drawbacks to assessments when used in a coaching relationship. We will provide overviews of two assessments in particular while also mentioning others available to you. Virtual session is October 8, 2025.
