There are many assessments available to people today. Some workplaces ask that employees take an assessment and some people choose to take them on their own. What insight can we gain from clients who take assessments? This course explores the benefits, and some drawbacks to assessments when used in a coaching relationship. We will provide overviews of two assessments in particular while also mentioning others available to you.
