100 Essentials is the first required course in Flourish Movement's Essential ACC Pathway toward an International Coach Federation training. This course is built on the model designed to get you started coaching with solid skills. 100 Essentials introduces the fundamentals on which the entire Integrated Coach Training approach is built. Completing 100 Essentials with a credentialed Flourish Coach trainer gives you 20 hours of coach-specific training.
Session 1: Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm CT
Session 2: Friday, October 2, 2026 from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm CT
Both sessions will be held virtually using Zoom.
This course includes:
• 6 x 10 minute videos (pre-work for class sessions)
• 2 day initial training (online)
• 6 x 120 minute class sessions (online)
• 1 x 120 minute recorded triads (reviewed by Instructor)
• 12 x 45 minute coaching calls (3 submitted for review)
• 6 writing assignments (submitted for review)
